Jennifer Hogsett

Jennifer Hogsett is the Office Manager at ACap, where she keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly and oversees billing management for the firm. Often the first voice clients hear when they call, Jennifer ensures every interaction is welcoming, helpful, and directed with care. She supports clients and the ACap team alike with her sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, helping maintain the high level of service ACap is known for.

With over 10 years of customer service experience and five years at ACap, Jennifer brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to everything she does. What she loves most about her work is the people, both the team she works with and the clients she supports. She believes that enjoying where you work and who you work with is a rare and special thing.

Outside the office, Jennifer has a spirited and adventurous side. She was taught to off-road in a manual car before she ever drove on a paved road and even knows how to ride a dirt bike. A left-hander with an ambidextrous streak, she enjoys reading romance and thriller novels, visiting amusement parks and concerts with family, and cheering on her favorite sports, especially Supercross and LA Kings hockey. Her favorite book is The Fault in Our Stars, her all-time favorite movie is Anastasia (yes, on VHS!), and her go-to TV show is How I Met Your Mother.

If given the chance to have dinner with anyone, Jennifer would choose Selena Quintanilla, a music icon she’s long admired. A beach vacation is always her top pick, and if she could travel anywhere next, it would be London.

What do you love most about your job?
The people I work with. I love what I do at ACap, but having a place where you also love going to work because of the people who work there is rare.
